If you want to get stronger you have to commit to a training regimen. Determine when you will lift, where you will lift, and what you will lift, and how to lift. Below are a few resources for how to do lifts properly as well as a sheet to help you track your progress.
Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Training
So much of soccer is built around speed and agility. You want to be the best then you need a quick first step and the ability to maneuver yourself through tricky situations. Use these resources to take your speed and agility to the next level.
Mastering the mental aspects of the game could be both the most challenging and the most beneficial. Becoming an improved mental athlete will help you elevate your game for sure. Below are several resources for helping make that a reality.
Motivation (Drive, Determination, Aggressiveness)
Elite athletes have an innate inner drive that pushes them to be the best -- to work when others don't, to push harder than other will, to do what others can't. Find your inner inspiration!
Leadership (Communication, Commitment, Attitude)
A good team will only go as far as its leadership takes them. Dedicated teams, when led by great leaders, can accomplish uncommon goals. Finding your voice as a leader can be difficult. What do you say? How do you say it? Sometimes being a leader also means understanding your role on the team and leading in your own way. Everyone must be a leader on a team!

Everyone in the world has had to deal with challenges in their lives. Challenges do not define, but our reactions to them do. When you fall do you get back up? When you lose do you go back to work? Elite players set a positive attitude and tone for themselves and their teammates. Are you tough or not?
